1. Eligibility
- Participants must be aged 18 or over.
- Participants must follow the local NYX Hotel and any partner brands that may be included in the competition on Instagram.
2. How to Enter
- Follow the relevant NYX Hotel and any partner brands that may be included in the competition on Instagram
- Purchase the NYX Tix cocktail at your local NYX Hotel
- Post a photo of the cocktail on Instagram
- Tag the relevant NYX Hotel in your post
- Entries must be submitted via Instagram only.
3. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be selected by NYX Hotels after the competition closes.
- Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message.
- If a winner does not respond within the timeframe provided, NYX Hotels may select an alternative winner.
4. Prize Details
- 2 tickets to the named artists’ concert on the date and venue stated in the competition.
- A 1-night B&B stay for 2 people sharing at NYX Hotel for the night of the concert.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.
5. General Conditions
- NYX Hotels reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time.
- The prize is as stated, non-transferable and cannot be resold, exchanged, or given to another person.
- Any incomplete, ineligible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
