Bienvenue à Paris
Berlin, 15 December 2023 – With the opening of the Leonardo Boutique Paris Opéra, Leonardo Hotels is entering the French market for the first time. The acquisition of the hotel is the first step towards sustainable growth in France – the hotel group already has its sights set on a further four hotels in Paris and Marseille. Leonardo Hotels Central Europe is thus continuing to pursue a stringent expansion strategy in Europe, which is characterized in part by a multi-brand presence at various locations.
"France has long been a coveted destination for Leonardo Hotels. With the opening of the Leonardo Boutique Paris Opéra we are very happy to have created the basis for further expansion in France," explains Yoram Biton, Managing Director Leonardo Hotels Central Europe.
The new addition to the portfolio was completely renovated in 2022 and will be operated under the Leonardo Boutique Hotels brand, which is distinguished by its individuality, personal service and attention to detail. A feel-good atmosphere is also guaranteed in the 59 rooms and suites, which feature high-quality furnishings in a timeless design and are decorated with warm hues and floral patterns. The lobby with its fresh colours and comfortable sofas invites guests to linger and relax. In its elegant bar, the hotel offers champagne, aperitifs and coffee. For a great start to the day, guests can replenish their energy levels in the breakfast room with croissants and baguettes, fruit salad and other delicious specialities. Guests also have access to a gym with various fitness equipment.
The Leonardo Boutique Paris Opéra is a former "Hôtel Particulier" with the charm of a 19th century city palace. It is located in the heart of Paris, in the popular 9th arrondissement, which is characterised by wide, magnificent boulevards in the style of the famous city planner Haussmann. Culture enthusiasts, shopaholics and night owls will all get their money's worth here: the Opéra Garnier, the Louvre, Le Printemps department stores and numerous restaurants and bars are all within easy reach of the hotel. The Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est train stations are also just two kilometres away. Nevertheless, the hotel, which is situated in a small side street, is a haven of peace for city travellers – in the middle of the action and yet relaxing.
