The hotel is excellent but it would be nice to have toiletries and slippers in the rooms.

The hotel was comfortable and affordable. The location near the central station subway hub was quite convenient.

We liked this hotel very much. Right next to the train station and very close to the tram to go into downtown. Clean, modern and very helpful staff.

Location is excellent! 3 mins walk to take tram, 5 mins walk to the train station. Both are accessible to the city. There's a drinking water dispenser at the lobby, all guests can get still and sparkling water with containers provided by the hotel, this is very good as mineral water is quite expensive. Our room's air-conditioner was not working, reception staff came and check, sent someone to fix on the next day. We are happy with everything, just the water pressure is quite low. We will recommend this hotel to anyone who visit Wien.

I liked: 1. Hotel staff friendliness and ability to quickly help resolve customer issues. The woman who checked me in at the front desk provided exceptional customer service. She identified that I made an error in my online reservation and she patiently worked to find a good solution for me. I was delighted with her professionalism in resolving my error. 2. Cleanliness and comfort of the room 3. Broad breakfast selection - both cold and hot, healthy proteins and less healthy carbohydrates Minor Improvement Opportunity: The mini refrigerator did not cool. When I first arrived the refrigerator interior was very warm and had an unpleasant odor - possibly from lack of interior air circulation. I set the red arrow to 9, but there was no change. Then I set the blue arrow to 1 and still no change. I also never heard any operational sound, however, the interior light worked so it confirmed there was electrical power. I did not report this to the front desk.

llent Two adults and one teen boy, spent 3 nights at Leonardo . We chose this location as we were coming from Budapest and going to Prague. We selected the triple room, but the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable for my son. We asked for an extra blanket for cushion, but it never came.. king bed was large and comfortable. Location is great , we mostly walked everywhere!! Hotel is very clean , staff is nice and friendly. Room small but good enough for our needs as we were out all day. The only thing I found inconvenient is that there are NO hooks or shelves to hang anything, even to dry towels after shower. And .. NO door to the shower area which is all glass. So we had to do .. no peeking rule and not using the sink area while someone in the shower .. clean sheets , comfy pillows. Breakfast was a huge plus! Plenty of options, good fresh food and good coffee! Fruits , vegetables, eggs , cold cuts all were very tasty and the staff replenished very quickly. Busy hotel but served well our purposes, we enjoyed our visit!!

Hotel is in good location for main train station and easy to get to city centre. Staff very friendly & helpful, but amenities in room very sparse & breakfast nothing special.

Best place to have luxury and not to pay a lot of money :)) very near to central station

We had one night only and it was great! Only thing that felt a bit uncomfortable was the shower not having a door and the glass not long enough, so there was water splashing outside.

You have great staff I had problem with garage at the check out and male college ,tall guy with glasses sort the problem out And other staff is efficient and polite

Lovely modern hotel just 2 minutes uses from the main Vienna railway station. Taking the public transport only takes 15-20 minutes to the centre of the old city. Nice breakfast buffet, only sight criticism a small selection of hot food otherwise great.

A suggestion from a frequent traveller: construct the pool and the wellness Center on the roof and you'll be unbeatable!!!

The hotel is pretty new and the location is excellent for those who wants to move around not just Vienna. The train central station is right in front of the hotel so it is pretty easy to move around by walk or by transportation. The things we loved the most was the staff! All the receptionists we had to talk to were really kind, professional and friendly at the same time. Thanks a lot again, we had a great stay!

Love the proximity to Wein train station. Very comfortable hotel. Room was excellent. I loved the firm mattress on bed. Staff were very accommodating. Close to numerous restaurant options.

Overall everything was great except the fact there is only coffee machine and no kittle to make tea (tea is provided in the room), while the hot water from the coffee machine is not good for tea. Also didn't get any new or clean cups after cleaning service (the cups were is use the day before)

If you have only short time to visit the Vienna it is very useful to have your hotel really next to the Main Railway station. You can just leave your lagguages for free at the reception and start to descover the beautiful capital of Austria. Besides its perfect location the clearwater station is also a very usefull service of the hotel.

The hotel is situated closed to the railway station and underground. We had accomodation with breakfast where everyone found what likes.

Check in was very good, room was good (really comfortable bed and pillows), breakfast was not to my liking for the price paid. Staff we had dealings with were polite and professional. Will definitely be using the hotel group again.
