Nice hotel with good standards in all ways. Wonderful staff. I would stay there anytime again. Big room with big windows. It is situated a little bit outside of the city area and to get from the S-bahn late you had to walk 1,2 km through dark and not fully safe neighborhoods. It is also possible to reach the hotel corridors 24/7 through the back door without passing any reception - straight to our room! That did not feel perfectly safe.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms and parking. Everything was perfect, except the location not close to the central area.

Great location, just a bit outside the main city but very close to the cruise terminal. Just need more transportation nearby.

16 mins walk to metro/local train and you are into the Hamburg magic. Clean rooms, good breakfast and all minimal but needed services that you need.

Nice Hotel, extremely friendly service.Really good Breakfast! The Hotel room was really big for 3 people. The Bathroom could do with a bit of remodeling (Toilet basin was broken, the Seat was very old.The Shower head holder was to big for the shower head,kept sliding down when i showered, so i had to hold the shower head in my hand.)

Staff was helpful with getting the correct room. We booked a room with a bathtub, but we didn't get it at first. Later they changed out room to the correct one. Breakfast was decent, staff was good.
