Everything was great."
The hotel was in the city centre, in a very good location. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the shower good, and the appliances good, too.Before our trip, the hotel staff booked a tour to Auschwitz—Birkenau for us, so everything was organised before our travel.Bottled water was added every day, too, which was a good touch.
Breakfast was good, and there was a lot of food to choose from.
The hotel and reception staff were amazing and very helpful.
I especially remember one young man—unfortunately, I forgot his name—who was working on 17 July.He helped us book a trip to the salt mines and a taxi.
However, every staff member we met at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.If we ever return to Krakow, we will definitely stay in this hotel.
Thank you all for making our visit to Krakow very pleasant.
P.S the Tv in the room was good as well and when log in we could watch some Netflix.

Excellent hotel. The pillows could be a bit better, but it was not a serious problem. Just the only thing I can think of to make it a perfet 10 for me. It's a 9,5 from me!!

Superb stay, great location, very relaxing"
Stayed with my teenage son. Fabulous room, great gym with Technogym equipment. Close to everything. Felt a really lived in area which was so nice . Really friendly staff.
